Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return your item within 14 days of recieving it.

Please send me a message via my website or social media prior to sending it back to let me know and I will process your return as soon as I recieve the item.

All jewellery must be in the same condition as condition as you recieved it. 

Unfortunately I do not cover the cost of postage unless the items is defective, it is your responsibility to ensure the jewellery gets returned safely and shipping costs are non refundable. 

I recommend using a tracked service and ensuring the package is well protected as some of the crystals can be fragile.
